1. Our Business Battlefield Botanicals is a small farm-based business in Boyd’s Creek near Sevierville, Tennessee (Sevier County). We sell at the Dandridge Farmers Market, offer local pickup, and ship across the United States.

2. Orders, Shipping & Pickup We fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times are estimated. Local pickup in the Sevierville area is available by arrangement.

3. Returns & Refunds Returns are handled case-by-case. We generally accept unused and unopened products. Opened products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you are unhappy with a product.

4. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
